Meeting Planning Committee
The Meeting Planning Committee (MPC) plans SIRiiM’s first educational presence as a debut / founding society being newly organized — not a mature booth. SIRiiM is an Institute program of the CureRays Innovation & Education Institute (501(c)(3)), not a separate legal society yet. All MPC seats are VACANT. Interest capture is internal while this site stays public.
Dual-track founding (same week)
Clay lock: SIRiiM is to be born inside each meeting — not satellite-only.
| Track | Meeting | Place | Window | Presence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | ASTRO 2027 | Chicago, McCormick Place West | ~Sept 19–22, 2027 | Debut / founding presence inside the meeting |
| B | AAFP FMX 2027 | San Diego | Sept 20–24, 2027 | Debut / founding presence inside the meeting |
Same calendar week → dual-track planning (Chicago + San Diego). Format per track is TBD (session / listening / table / hybrid options). No bookings without Clay Hess clear.

How bots work with volunteers
Institute bots will work with each seated person: bots = ops, coordination, drafts; you = scientific and governance judgment. Default is a committee-level bot liaison; personal bots only after you are named and Clay Hess clears. No PHI. Outside sends remain Clay-cleared only.
Required on this page near any interest CTA / form pointer: the bot–human partnership disclosure above (full form).
