Volunteer interest (internal)

SIRiiM (International Society for Radiation Immunity and Immuno-Modulation) is an Institute program of the CureRays Innovation & Education Institute (501(c)(3)) — not a separate legal society yet. This form captures interest for Board slate review. Seating requires Clay Hess / Institute Board clear. Invite emails are HOLD until Clay names recipient and message.

Form

SIRiiM guidance seats — interest capture (internal)

Submit interest (internal) — never “Join now” / “Apply — seats open.” Seating requires Clay Hess / Institute Board clear. Invite emails are HOLD.

Bot–human partnership (required)

Institute bots will work with each seated person: bots = ops, coordination, drafts; you = scientific and governance judgment. Default is a committee-level bot liaison; personal bots only after you are named and Clay Hess clears. No PHI. Outside sends remain Clay-cleared only.

Form destination placeholder for Institute IT (Cloud Functions Gen2). Submissions are not live until IT wires the backend. Auto-email is OFF.

A — Identity
B — Seat interest

Awards / Fellowships: not offered (HOLD) — omitted from open seat list.

C — Experience & motivation
D — COI / independence / locks
E — Logistics

Success (when live): Thank you. Interest recorded for Institute Board slate review. Follow-up only if selected. No seating confirmation without Clay Hess / Board clear. Invite emails are not automatic.

Process: Interest → Nominating / Intake slate → Clay clear → invite draft → send only on Clay clear.
