Communications & Website Committee
SIRiiM’s Communications & Website Committee guides society messaging, site information architecture, and brand independence as an Institute program. Seats are VACANT. Interest capture is internal until the Board clears a public call.
What this committee does
- Keep
siriim.orggovernance and intake pages clear, accurate, and honest (empty states, VACANT seats, HOLD honesty). - Protect brand parentage: CureRays Innovation & Education Institute (
curerays.org) — not the clinic (curerays.com) as parent chrome. - Draft internal messaging only. Social, newsletter, press, and outside intros stay HOLD until Clay Hess clears a named send.
Seats (VACANT)
| Seat | Status |

| Web IA / content (×2) | VACANT |

| Social / newsletter | HOLD · placeholder |
Planning capacity: about 5–7 humans (overlap rules under Nominating).
How bots work with volunteers
Institute bots work with each seated person as ops and coordination partners: bots = drafts, tracking, and site coordination; humans = scientific and governance judgment. Default is this committee-level bot liaison. Personal bots only after you are named and Clay Hess clears. No PHI. Outside sends remain Clay-cleared only.
Interest (internal)
Use the internal volunteer interest form: /governance/volunteer CTA label: Submit interest (internal) — not “Join now” / “Apply — seats open.”
